Year 6s wowed me with a beautifully made tapestry made from watercolour paintings.
Once a month, I'm really enjoying helping out at Islington Museum at the Bunhill Project: Art and Local History - unearthing local stories and testing out Art techniques. This session was based on the Ironmongers' Baths and Hockney's depiction of water.
Having a great time volunteering with Lisa at the Workshop N4 - making wood paintings to spray painting tote bags with the children!

I've been really looking forward to practising some of the skills/ techniques that I learnt at the Slade Summer School last year. One of my favourite studies was to mix greys from red, yellow and blue.

Was a lovely surprise to see the mural in the junior hall I made with Year 6s has been made into 5 canvases for the infant hall. Their mural was also used as this year's St Michael's Chriztmas card. Feeling proud!
